Please Note:

• A full breakfast IS NOT INCLUDED at any of the hotels.
• The rate for a standard room applies to single (one person) or double (two persons) occupancy.
• Bed widths are approximately 190 cm for king bed and 150 cm for queen beds.

Non-Smoking Policy
All hotels have a strict non-smoking policy for public spaces inside the hotel. Designated smoking areas are available. Please check with your hotel at check-in.

Transportation and Driving Directions
Information about how to get to the three downtown host hotels (driving, taxi, shuttle service) from the Calgary airport can be found in the How to Get to Calgary section of the Congress website.  The best way to travel between the three Banff Trail hotels and downtown is on the Light Rail Transit (LRT), also described in the How to Get to Calgary section.

How to Reserve Hotel Accommodation
Participants are advised to make their room reservation through the Congress Secretariat at Congress-negotiated rates. This can be done on-line by completing and submitting your registration form or by submitting a printed version of the registration form.

Confirmation of Hotel Reservation
Hotel reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request. However ISF cannot be held responsible for non-availability of rooms in your hotel of choice. One night's deposit (room cost plus taxes) will be charged at the time of registration. The balance of the hotel accommodation fee and any additional charges will be paid at the hotel reception desk at check-out. Participants will be required to supply a credit card at the time of check-in. Check-in and check-out times are 15:00 h and 12:00 h respectively. Confirmation of your Congress registration will include confirmation details on your hotel reservation. A separate hotel confirmation will be emailed to you from the hotel in May.

Rooms have been blocked at all hotels between 26 May and 5 June 2010. If you require accommodation outside this time period, ISF will try to accommodate your request. For rooms with 2 Queen beds, suites, a third bed for a child or other special room requests, please contact ISF at register@worldseed.org.

NOTE:  After 30 April 2010 delegates MUST make their reservations or booking changes directly with the congress hotels or contact isf2010bt@gmail.com.
