Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the ISF Secretariat by fax +41 22 365 4421 or by email register@worldseed.org. Refunds will depend on the date and time that ISF receives the cancellation request. Refunds will be made by 31 July 2010 at the latest. The following conditions apply:

I.    Registration Fees, Exhibitors, Full Day Tours and Golf Tournament
Cancellation request received: Charge
On or before 12 March 2010, 14:00 h (GMT) CAD 75 for administrative costs
Between 12 March and 15 April 2010, 14:00 h (GMT) 50% of the amount paid
After 15 April 2010, 14:00 h (GMT) or no show 100% of the amount paid


II.   Hotel Accommodation
Cancellation request received: Charge
On or before 9 February 2010, 14:00 h (GMT) CAD 75 for administrative costs
After 9 February 2010, 14:00 h (GMT) or no show 100% of the amount paid


III.  Reserved Trading Tables, Private Meeting Rooms
Cancellation request received: Charge
On or before 12 March 2010, 14:00 h (GMT) CAD 75 for administrative costs
After 12 March 2010, 14:00 h (GMT) or no show 100% of the amount paid
